Corporate Governance
All Life Group Organisations follows Corporate Governance System Standard in

The standard covers policies on all matters critical for sustainability of the
organisation including EquitableTreatment of Stakeholders, National
Interest, Integrity, Propriety and Independence, Disclosure and Transparency,
Fair Trade Practices, Respect for Competition, Anti-corruption Practices,
Curbing Money Laundering, Intellectual Property, Counterfeiting, Closure
Notice, Stakeholder Engagement, Cultural Respect, Conflict of Interest, Dispute
Resolution, Preventing Harassment and Confidentiality.
Contribution Towards Human Development
Everytime you deal with Life Group you contribute towards improving quality of lives
of large number of people across the world. Over 50% of profits of Life Group Companies
are contributed for human development activities like research, education, skill
development, entrepreneurship development, employment generation and other development
activies.
The promoters of Life Group have donated upto 45% equity shares in the Life Business
Projects Pvt Ltd to Life Development Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust registered
in New Delhi India. Additionally there are specific contributions for
Research, Charitable Activities and Entrepreneurship Development.
Negative Business List
Life Group does not deal with organisations engaged in business of socially
harmful products like narcotics, alcohol, cigarettes and other harmful
substances, animal products except used for essential medicines and all other
products that are generally proved injurious to life of human beings and
animals.
Donations not Accepted
Although Life Development Foundation is a Charitable Trust it does
not accept any donation. All the activities of the trust are financed by
loan from the company and its trustees.
For long term sustainability of the
trust, the promoters have donated upto 45% shares in the Life Business
Projects Pvt Ltd to the trust.
We are an entrepreneurship oriented self-funded organisation. We do joint
projects with people and organisations but do not accept charity.
We are committed to ethics for shared prosperity. If you see any person
